TOSHIBA TEC will provide the quality that engenders customers' confidence.
In accordance with the guiding principle "Customer and Quality First", our production centres apply rigorous quality standards during the different production phases: planning, design, mass-production, shipment, and after-sales service.
Our products are subjected to rigid tests. Only those products that withstand every test are placed on the market.
In recognition of these untiring efforts, the production centres have received the ISO9001 certification, the international standard for quality assurance.

Technology to achieve ultra-precision

TOSHIBA TEC uses leading edge technology and facilities in such areas as polishing, cutting and metal moulding.
We internally manufacture the key components of our products such as small precision motors and PCBs.
Moreover, we pursue perfection even for those parts that cannot be seen by the eye to reach the highest possible quality.
This includes designing and making the necessary manufacturing machinery ourselves.

Environmentally Conscious Products (ECP)

Our production centres are accredited with ISO14001, the international standard for environmental management systems, aiming at environmental preservation actions such as the complete elimination of CFC gas.
In addition, we aim at producing user-friendly and environmental friendly products, and are rigorously pursuing higher reliability and quality in all products and systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
To reduce the pressure on the environment and its limited resources, and to prevent environmental pollution, we have launched a program of Environmentally Conscious Products (ECP).
