TOKYO, August 2010 – TOSHIBA TEC today added the wide web MD-480I in-vehicle printer to its printer range. Building on 30 years of producing high-quality dot printers, the MD-480I is the pinnacle of this technology, offering 24-pin high resolution printhead and a host of options that add flexibility to route sales businesses operations.

The Toshiba MD-480I dot matrix printer is a vehicle-mounted printer designed to enable delivery staff to produce either single sheet or multi-part invoices (Max: 7-ply), delivery notes or other forms at the point of need. With continuous form or single sheet forms (paper size is 102 x 267 mm width) and a print speed of up to 400 characters/sec, documents can be produced quickly and easily to suit the application of the customer.
